I do not want featured image of my post to appear in background instead of that i wants to use my home page background on all post and pages backgrounds so how can i do that.i looked into the theme panel but in think there is no such kind of option.

It actually depends on the post style you chose. There is only one post style that does not use the site background. That is style 8. That’s the way it was designed, to use featured image as background. The rest of the styles use the one from the theme panel. You can see the styles here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/

well i checked on the post i have selected post template-3 in theme panal and it looks like it still showing any other image on background not the one i set in theme panel background. i am providing you link.

Yes but there is also a category background. If you set a background to a category, all posts from that category uses that one, not the general theme one: http://screencast.com/t/8ssJCgXS.
In your case, the North America category uses this background and it’s passed down to your post as well.
