Please try to clear all caches, browser cache too, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again. If the problem persist try to update the theme, also the plugins included in /plugins folder, at the latest version available on themeforest. Make sure you do a clean update as is recommended in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/

I did all your suggestions and located the problem for that is was caused by child theme.
The problem fixed after I install child theme you provided. I created a child theme by plugin previously and caused the problem.
