Unfortunately there is no option for it in the theme. The theme uses a 3 column setup and a 4 post display is a bit difficult to do. As an alternative, you can use a block 15 for example instead of related articles and you will have 5 columns instead of 3. There is no layout with 4 columns. As an example, you can edit the block 15 file and force it to display only 4 posts but it will need adjustments: http://screencast.com/t/Nigculnh – http://screencast.com/t/iLv7DCu9a which again is difficult to do because of the 3 column layout.
The theme was not created with 4 columns in mind.

Unfortunately there is no single file to edit and get your result. The latest article modules are not controlled by a block file. The column layout of the latest articles as well as the category modules are controlled by td_util.php: http://screencast.com/t/jv7L6bk0u9QG
To be able to change the column layout you require custom work which at the moment we cannot provide.
