Hi,
When I create a custom sidebar, the widgets I place within that sidebar disappear after I navigate away from the Widgets dashboard (and this disappear from the page).
I saw a previous forum thread about this, where it was suggested to deactivate all plugins and test. I deactivated all plugins and still am having the same issue.
Any help is much appreciated — this is a major reason why we purchased your theme and is a feature/functionality that we need to work.

Try to get all these option green. You can follow this guide to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can also check the newspaper requirements to see if you meet them: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem is still there after, you can try your widgets on a default WordPress theme so we can rule out WordPress as well.
