Double blocks

Hi everyone. I am trying to build a page with this Newspaper theme. But i have a problem. On my frontpage i have 2 blocks of the same title. I can’t change it and i can’t remove it. Does anyone now how to solve this? Thanks from now hope you can help me. See this link to see what i mean with the blocks..

The last 2. picture is the bottom of the site and it shows the same title and posts as the top block i have.
