Hello,
Unfortunately there is no option in the theme to filter these buttons and I cannot offer a quick solution for this. The code for the next and previous article below posts is located here: http://screencast.com/t/CNk6rR1p
You will need to alter this file in order to get the result you desire. It will require a bit of coding knowledge. You can hire a freelancer to do it for you if you want from sites like studio.envato.com as we cannot offer any custom work at the moment
