Speedbooster only works with certain plugins. It has a list defined in it’s code so if a plugin you use is not on that list it will deactivate.This is the compatibility list: http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2
There is however a workaround if you truly wish to use speedbooster with your current plugins, you can make it work by removing or commenting out this code here: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh

You need to access the core file of speedbooster called td-speed-booster.php. It can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/7SQfInZB
Simply delete or comment out that part of the code and speedbooster will work with any plugin.
Make sure you only delete the highlighted code or you may affect other parts of the code.

@posonty en el archivo td-speed-booster.php tienes que eliminar el apartado que Bogdan B. Te indica y así se activará el speedbooster.
Por otra parte tu sitio carga muy lento por culpa de tu servidor que hace un waiting time largo inclusive después de que veo que ya instalaste el plugin de caché.
En Leverage browser caching, nada o poco puedes hacer, aquí tienes que intentar no utilizar recursos externos pues depenedes de la velocidad de otros servidores donde están alojados estos recursos.
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. La mayoría de los CSS y JS se pasarán al footer con el speed booster, sin embargo te quedarán algunos que no se mueven o que no deben ser removidos para no quebrar la estructura o funcionalidad del diseño. Así como muchos que pueden quedar que no se van porque son archivos de plugins o recursos externos que estás usando y se requieren para el funcionamiénto de la página.

El problema del servidor que me comentabas puede que si afectara, ya que lo tenía bajo mínimos, aquí te muestro como lo tengo ahora:

Antes en “Número máximo de procesos simultáneos” lo tenía en 80 y en “Memoria utilizada” 150megas, lo he subido a 1 giga y medio.
Voy a esperar unos 20 minutos que demora en configurarse el servidor, ya que es uno gestionado de 1and1 y te cuento que tal va ok.
Bien ya mejoró bastante https://gtmetrix.com/reports/picrun.es/EH3UXHJM acá puedes ir haciendo seguimiento de los tiempos de carga y en la pestaña waterfall ver qué recursos se tardan en cargar para que los optimices o elimines 😛
