On Our home page we want to show multiple categories in one block. For that we have selected one block and edited with Two multiple categories but still it is not showing what we want. It i only showing block title of that.

You can try to use the Ajax Filter Drop-down from Block settings. You can set it, like this: http://screencast.com/t/JYdvwjbO6ZtP . Please make sure that you have choosen correct the Category ID, like this: http://screencast.com/t/9yfxSr5S .
