Error Social Counter in 6.6.1

NewsPaper v6.6 my FB counter 0, i deactive and delete tagDiv social counter.
then update to v6.6.1, and when im install tagDiv social counter, the system show this : http://i.imgur.com/5k3xZ4E.jpg

how to fix and install tagDiv social counter in 6.6.1 ?

i found Social counter V3.1 : http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/td-social-counter.zip
and i install it : http://i.imgur.com/r8auTLG.jpg

but why the FB counter still 0 ? (use social counter v3.1)

just input FB ID, no input key.

maybe i was wrong to download and installed the plugins ?
or give me the right plugin social counter to fix my problem

Hi, I’m trying to update Social Counter, but Facebook is not working…
I downloaded the theme from Envato website, extracted the plugin and uploaded in the folder.
I can’t find the field to enter the Facebook App Key, as described here:

Simply, my Social Counter settings panel hasn’t that appearance.
Please, help us to get it back or give us an alternative.

Might seem obvious, but be sure to “activate” the plugin from the plugins panel.

Sorry if that was dumb suggestion, but you’d be surprised how many folks forget that! 🙂

Hello there …

I have even created a completely new facebook-app to be sure, that it uses the newest api version from facebook (2.5). But still the facebook counter shows 0 Fans.

I of course have cleaned the chache of my site …

Ideas? 😉

Update: My problem is fixed. Or to be more clearly – it was no problem. It just needed some time to resync with the facebook api server. So my fan-counter is working fine now.
