recently i noticed the i am getting the facebook like count as 0 only on my site as there are many likes on my facebook page you can check that at https://www.facebook.com/getmeupdates/?fref=nf while it shows 0 to me on http://getmeupdates.com
please help me to resolve this as the way you have shown to add the facebook page id and app secret i am not finding it any where in widget or on new page elements as well.

Please make sure you have these requirements before further investigation is required:
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.2. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.1 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.
3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.
Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.

i have updated the things as it has shown in the tutorial and now it is showing me 0 likes does that starts showing immediately or will take time to update?

Please make sure you clean your cache as the counter is not live and it is cached. You can try to remove the app id and save settings, clear cache again and then add the app id again. If it still does not show check your settings again and if they are correct you can wait a little bit for it to update.
