after adding my logo to my newspaper 6 theme i found it very small and i tried to increase its width and height by ps but it still the same size .
how can i change this ?

Unfortunately, to increase the width and height is not a good way to achieve what you want because if you take a look on the structure of header you can see 2 different container-> the first is for logo area and the second is for ads if you are using. When you increase the width of the logo the header it would be possible to be broken, like this: http://screencast.com/t/SrqNf15Xa
For a full image, logo, try using a header style that supports full-size logos: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
(style 9, 10 or 11). Then you can upload a logo as big as you want and it will display the full size.
