1) This feature is Ajax Filter. 2)If you want to target the certain post from the category that you choose, you should use post ID like this -> http://screencast.com/t/2ndGZESlss -> http://screencast.com/t/IpFqTob2QYc
3)If you want to replace the “Latest Articles” text with your desired text, you have to do the changes from page-pagebuilder-latest.php code file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/pPv39hwhtcf
