Hello Navneet,
I suspect to be a problem caused by plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and checked again if your problem is still there.

Hello Navneet,
Please make a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme and install it directly.
