make Category and Date appear under each title

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a Big Grid 3 feature. If you want to display the date of each thumbnail from this big grid, you have to alter the code and implement this. I suppose that you are reffering to ‘Latest Articles’. The ‘Latest’ is the fundamental functionality from WordPress query and by default are set it order by date and descending [DESC].

order (string | array) – Designates the ascending or descending order of the ‘order by’ parameter. Defaults to ‘DESC’. An array can be used for multiple order/order by sets.
‘ASC’ – ascending order from lowest to highest values (1, 2, 3; a, b, c).
‘DESC’ – descending order from highest to lowest values (3, 2, 1; c, b, a).
