My newspaper them doesn’t install Visual Composer plugin. when I install this I get a ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN but I can installed wordpress free recommended plugin.
My FTP server file permission already I checked that is good.please help me.

Do you get this error when you install the Visual Composer via wordpress? Please try to upload it via ftp and see how it goes. You can find all the plugins provided with the theme in /plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
Let us know how it goes and if you still have issues please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can take a look, also paste a link to this topic.

I have a one more issue for my theme.
My theme menu (Tamil unicode fonts) works properly but sub menu items (unicode Tamil fonts) show up boxes only in chrome.But firefox works properly. Please help.

Please try to clear your browser cache and check again. You can also try it on different machines to see if there is no local problem.
