Above website is loading very slow , i have spoke to hosting people , they have replied me saying that
“Please note that, the ‘long_query_time’ value of MySQL service is set to 20 seconds on our shared servers. Hence, all the mysql queries which takes more than 20 seconds to execute will be killed by the server. Since it is a shared server, we can’t alter this value for single domain. We would recommend you to break down complex sql queries into simple queries to reduce the time taken for execution. Contact your developer and optimize sql queries of the database ‘trailid3_traup’ to resolve this issue.”

Please notice that you have to make a website run faster you will need to have at least basic knowledge not necessarily ‘tech savvy’.
You will need to follow this tutorial on page speed:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Gzip compression needs to be active and also read about how you can compress the images. I suggest to getting someone to help you if you cannot manage.
