I seem to be having an issue with some feature options missing on Visual Composer which is evident when I try and edit block settings. I have tried everything to get it working correctly including un-installing, purchasing a new copy of VC.I have included a link below of the issue I am having, please help 🙂
I’ve had a reply from the Visual Composer developers and the say this is a support issue for you. So please reply!!!
The “block” is not our standard element. It is most likely added by your theme author to enhance the theme functionality. You can check our standard elements/features by creating an online demo here: http://vcpreview.com/
I would suggest you to get in touch with the theme author so he can guide you with the same. Kindly check.

Please make a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme and install it directly. Also, please install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme, clear all cache and try it again and see how it work for you.

I have tried this.
1. I have uninstalled the theme and reinstalled using only your plugins = Didnt Work
2. Purchased Visual Composer independently & reinstalled theme = Didn’t Work
2. I Removed WordPress theN reinstalled IT AND your theme & plugins = Didnt Work
3. I just purchased another Newpaper 6 licence = Didnt Work
IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT!!!! HELP 🙂
