1. How do I change the header image?
2. Can I set the three little boxes on the homepage to specific posts?
4. How can I change the categories on the homepage? e.g default categories: latest from blog, travel guides

1.The travel demo uses the background image a bit different. It has it set on the row in visual composer. You need to edit your homepage and access row settings: http://screencast.com/t/Z2VHdgzUTuV3
2.You can set the posts you want in the 3 ‘boxes’ by editing the block below the first row and select the posts you want to display by post id: http://screencast.com/t/kL6xF23Ba
