as i have seen in your documentation, https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/, in these possitions i can create a new sidebar, But i cannot find where can i edit the sidebar, a news sidebar i create with one of these methods or the default sidebar.
I thought somewhere i must have the visual composer to edit the sidebars, like “home page”. Where can i edit them?

When you add a new sidebar, it will appear in the widgets section here: http://screencast.com/t/GzwLQqdyZ
Then you can add widgets to it from the widgets area and set it on your posts, categories or pages.

Onw more question, is there a widget which understands in which category we are, and give as only posts from this category?
What i want to do, is at the sidebar, of a post which is in a category “A” to have latest post from the category “A”. Can i do it wth one sidebar? Or i must create diferent sidebars for every different category?

Unfortunately modules and blocks do not detect the category accessed so you will have to create different sidebars for every category and place a block inside them filtered by the specific category.
