Hi Guys! I have read many of the topics of this plugin problem, but I can’t find any solution. I don´t know if I have the newest social counter plugin … Also I have the Newspaper V6.3. It is the latest, right? Please tell me how to fix the problem and if I need the latest version of the Social Plugin please provide an URL where I can download it.

We have fixed this fb social counter issue in latest theme version, V 2.3.5 and latest version of the social counter plugin, so please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin, V 3.1 and that you configure the fb counter like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ Also you have to use the lates version of Visual Composer included in theme path, V 4.9.2: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
You can make sure you use the latest version of the plugin by removing it then install it form theme’s > plugins section: http://screencast.com/t/W0nHgyA1US and for the theme log into your themeforest account then go the downloads section, you find the latest theme version there, download it and update it using the update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

The page is http://www.arumbear.com/ve (It’s in spanish). And we also have arumbear.com/pa (Panamá and the social FB counter works fine… We tried to do everything as we did it in the Panamá version but still nothing works.

In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.5. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.5 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.
3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.
Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
