Once entered in the theme panel ad spot the ad will be displayed on all pages. Maybe a solution would be to hide it if you are not using Adsense, just for that page. That is possible with a CSS code. I could give you a solution if that is the case and you can provide a link to the page.

Or maybe use the empty page template for the landing page but then the whole header and footer will not be displayed.

For the text color on hover there is no setting indeed. So you want the text to be of that color when the menu item is hovered and active

Once enabled it will appear in all the post pages. It cannot be removed for specific posts, unless maybe with code modifications or CSS code even.

Please notice that our theme does not support full width but if you want, notice that you can try using our full-width elements from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not support any full-width page and that’s why you cannot achieve this, sorry!
Our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

I have tried this as well. For example I created a code to remove the post title in the post page

I then entered it in the child theme stylesheet (be sure that the child theme is active)

I had to force refresh the page in the browser in this case, in order to see the changes.

For me the website does not look like that

That CSS code is not found in the page. So maybe the issue happens only for admin, if you disabled the admin bar for other roles. How exactly did you remove the admin bar? I could try as you did and see what exactly happens.
