Hello,

You need to select the elements to change the style as you did for the header menu.

Thank you!

1. I’m using Advanced Ajax Page Loader, some plugin that allows me to load all page content without reloading the window. Everything works properly, expect that when I switch to some other page I have to trigger image loading and other tagdiv js again. Is there a simple way to trigger it when some user clicks a new page?

2. Other question. I’ve made many changes to some files.

how to make it part of my child theme? is that possible?

HI,
I have several problems with Newspaper.
I start with this 404. Google search console finds me 350 404 pages. All of these pages have a 410 or 301 redirect which is written in the .htacess file. So these errors should not report Google. I contacted my hosting who did some tests and this is what they wrote to me: “The 404 code problem is due to how the CMS manages 404 pages, via the theme template. This ensures that the response header is reset to 404 despite inserted redirects. Should check if possible to disable it”.
So from the reply sent to me the problem is in the Newspaper theme.
Best regards,

Solved. I edit other pages sharing the same header and I make it show back from there.

Also there is an easy way to hide header. There is an option known as no header and no footer inside website manager settings of tagdiv composer. I didn’t notice it earlier before. Now all the problem is solved.

Thanks for your time. Really appreaciate.

many types error on amp we use newspaper theme recomendation wp-super cache plugin help me show this screenshots and help me . {Unable to detect page caching due to possible loopback request problem. Please verify that the loopback request test is passing. Error: Forbidden (Code: http_403)

Hello!

The header shouldn’t be global. Or you can duplicate, edit, and assign it only to your special pages. Please select other viewports and there you can see it; click on the header row, then click on the desktop viewport, and there you can change the setting.

Thank you!

I hide the entire row but it affects all other pages using global header. The issue now is I can’t see the header in tagdiv builder anymore to make it show back.

Hi,

This can be done by setting an individual header on those pages where you want it to be different (it can be set on page and cloud templates, for example on a category template). For this duplicate the cloud header -> https://i.imgur.com/lszYvTx.png then edit with the composer the page or the cloud template where you want the header to have a different style select the manager and assign the header -> https://i.imgur.com/DepvS1X.png

I hope this will help you!

Thank you!

Hi

I’ve tried searching but can’t find anything on making the header ad show on mobile. We have majority of our traffic coming on mobile and although the ad is not visible, the ad code fires which in turn impacts the visibility statistics of our AdSense, and earning.

Is there a way to make the ad space visible on mobile? I would have initially thought that it would move under the logo on mobile devices.

Thanks
Jason

Hi folks!

In version 4, I was able to have a full length ad spot above the logo by putting the necessary JavaScript in the “header-style-7” file, but with version 5 there’s only one header file and adding it there isn’t doing the trick.

How can I accomplish this in version 5 with the same result?

Thanks as always! 🙂

Hello Adi!

There is a mobile sticky header, which I guess should be edited. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
Make sure you use the same header template. Examine the Website Manager.

Thank you!

In the settings for the Header template, I have checked “Disable H1 on logo”. This works for the default page template and for posts. However, it does not seem to work for any pages built with the Tagdiv Composer and the template “Page builder + page title”. I still get H1 on the logo, see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/DdNlz74 (which is from https://www.schwedentipps.se/transport/ and not from the startpage).

Is there a workaround for this? For example remove H1 via custom CSS?

And by the way, the Logo text in my settings says “Schwedentipps.se”. But it displays “NewsPaper” in the source code. Where does that come from?

I am using vers. 12.1.1. Three licences.

Thanks.

Hi Anamaria,

Like all other pages on the website, I edited the checkout page along with its header using tagDiv Composer. I love tagDiv Composer! Yes, I took note of all viewing sizes when editing them.

Yes, I did edit them with Viewport for Phone in mind. All viewing sizes in fact. That said, no other pages on the website are having this issue. Except for that checkout page. And that baffles me.

No custom code CSS was added. I don’t know how to write and edit a line of CSS.

Also, I’ve already checked with my hosting provider, Cloudways. The support Team at Cloudways said it wasn’t a cache issue as well.

Writing here and asking for help is a last resort. I’ve been trying to solve this issue myself for days. To no avail. Looking forward to your help.

Best,
Adi

Hello,

Please let me know if you edit the checkout page with tagDiv Composer and select the viewport for phone, and check if the header is changing.
Also, did you add some custom code css for cart?

Thank you!

Hi,

Please check if this option is enabled “Drop menu items in More”, if yes please disable it from Header Main Menu-> General -> Drop menu items in More => https://www.screencast.com/t/atQU3lVxD and check the results.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Dear developers,

I think there is a problem with posts that don’t include a featured image where the top of the post is cropped–there is no space between the post and the header. You can see the problem here on one of my posts:

Hello,

Please go to Manager(Website manager) -> Header -> Main menu sticky and select the row and add the logo element and set the image -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

Thank you!

Hello,

I have the same problem, followed the above advice but had no success. When I try the solutions via live CSS, it works with both solutions (amp-ad[sticky=top] and also .i-amphtml-element), but neither adding one of these into the mobile CSS or via style into the main header code fixes it on AMP. Is there any other way to accomplish this?

Thanks a lot!

HI, does anyone know if it’s possible to make headers sticky on a stationary basis? Right now I see you could but, in order to become sticky, the header scrolls a bit to a second image of the header and stick. I’d like for it to NOT have to move but rather stay in one position. Also, I’ve tried setting the ROW as sticky but then either the main menu or the mobile menu disappears from view, meaning it either stops showing on the pc or the mobile device. Thanks

Hi Bettina,
this is the error deactivating all plugins, except those of TAGDIV.
I’ve also checked with 8.1, but I receive also some errors in the backend.
