I still cannot duplicate the issue on my side and I can’t inspect it. When I access the site from mobile devices the logo is displayed fine. Please make sure that you access the site using one of the browsers included in this list: http://screencast.com/t/7QNRdSgsZZ Also if there is any specific configuration that must be followed in ordere to recreate the issue please provide more details about it.
In the mean time try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer then test the site again.

Hi. i’ve just installed mobile theme plugin, and now the icons are not recognize anymore. If some one, for example, try to put from iPhone the website on his home, there’s not website logo, just the little screen of website home. Why? i’ve put all the images in the proper section “Logo & Favicon” “Logo for mobile” “iOS Bookmarklet”

I’ve checked your site and mobile logo is displayed fine on my side: http://screencast.com/t/fSL7CMtKTl0 If you still have this issue try to clear all caches including mobile device cache then test again. Also try to access the site with different browsers and check how it goes.

I have two problem on my website http://www.tourist.voyage when i navigate through Facebook App on Iphone 6s :
– the logo is replace by the last uploaded image in my gallery
– featured images of “related posts” are mixed up …

I’m having an issue now where my logo isn’t showing on the mobile version.
Started at random, didn’t change anything, checked to make sure the image file itself is ok. Any advice?

We already checked the Plugins, and as far as we can see, the theme files are accessed all the time again, for example the stylesheet and logo. Always on the Server IP. If you can provide a direct Contact, we want to send you an actual Access.log so you can see it. We dont want to publish it here. Thanks!
It is almost like Style 9 Header – but there is a solid color behind the logo (I thing from the div td-banner-wrap-full td-logo-wrap-full)… but I can’t manage to hide the solid color :(/

After I updated the theme to version 7 my logo is in left alignment and I’m using style 10. How can I put it on centre? Second thing, my social counter has a problem, please check (http://www.gofabio.com/) How can I fix it?

I recently bought this theme and I’m impressed. The only complain I have is that in Header style 1, where one can have logo + ads, the logo needs to be very small.
In my site I use specific ads for the header, not google, but custom ads made by actual local businesses in my area. I use the size 468×90 and align=”right”.
So, right now, my site looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/HHjB2T5.jpg
I hit ctrl+A on purpose to show the big gap between the logo and the ad. So, I guess there is some room for the logo to get bigger and make the ad container smaller to match the actual header width?
Also, reducing the top padding will cause problems? Because there’s also big gap between top menu and the logo…

I have temporarily removed maintenance mode on the site http://www.onthetown.net.au.
Been playing with themes and having the recurring problem.
For the current example, I have selected the Recipies Theme
Gone to Theme panel
Removed Logo from Logo upload in Header section
saved
selected the same image (Spoons with spices)
saved
Selected preview on Home Page
The logo is now a small image in the centre of the header and not stretched accross the page as it had been when the theme was uploaded.
Not sure what causes this
Ok – I know next to nothing about website design so I apologise in advance for the dumbness of this question…
I’ve just installed and activated Newspaper 7 theme. Installed the “Politics” demo (looks very much like a news site). Then in “Theme Panel” under “Logo and Favicon” when I scroll down to the Text Logo section and input my own text and save changes – after I go back out to look at my site (its offline, installed locally), nothing changes and it’s still the default text as per the demo? What am I missing or doing wrong?

*Oh and my Header Style is set to “11” which is one of the three compatible with the “Text Logo” option.

Noticed this on mobile yesterday and on clearing all caches, all theme settings have been reset on both mobile and desktop: http://bestforcats.co.uk
Logos are gone, footer settings, colours, AdSense, everything. This was not user error, everything seems to have been cleared.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Header style 11 uses the full logo. That means it will display it exactly in the dimensions you upload. If you want it bigger, you have to make talk to your designer and have him make it bigger from the image editor as our theme does not enlarge the logo.

But I’ve stumbled upon an issue while making my homepage is that my blog is written in Arabic ( right to left) , and all of the built-in header styles don’t exactly meet what I want , to make my idea clearer please take a look at this Arabic tech blog and notice how the position of the logo in relation to the menu :

Well there is something that is creating the image size for the logo. Wp smush only compresses images as far as we are aware of. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and inspect the logo. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Hey guys. Wondering how to fix this problem with Featured image for Categories.
When I post a link for categories (http://brandinginasia.com/category/southeast-asia/) for example on FB or Google+ it’s still bring up the old Logo. Even though I have debugged it on FB and rescraped the link.
Also have changed the logo image in YOAST as well. Nothing working

Hi,
This is a known issue and is caused by a css rule you added to your logo to re-size it. Please remove the css from the theme panel. if you want to have a re-size you need to use another css code as the logo css got changed in newspaper 7.
You can use this code instead:
.td-header-sp-logo img {
width:130px!important;
}

Hi, I just upgraded to 7.1.1 from version 6.7 and noticed the logo is floating towards the left instead of being centered. This only happens on the main page (http://makeupforlife.net or http://makeupforlife.net/page/x) but not at other pages (http://makeupforlife.net/press), posts (http://makeupforlife.net/2016/06/glossier-quartz-haloscope-review-swatches.html) or categories (http://makeupforlife.net/makeup-tutorial).
I have included screencaps below as well. Please let me know what I can do to fix it. Thanks!
