In your screenshot, the ad is set in the sidebar element, but to have the ad in the sidebar you also need to set it in the Appearance > widgets > sidebar. Also, I see that you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you are using a cache that has mobile cache support. You need to edit your page and select the menu and set it or if you have mobile page/template edit and set the menu. I just arranged the logo, I didn’t change the menu
So, for the logo, you need to edit the page, I did only an example, but you need to do the rest of the changes to set the font size and more.

So, do you use the mobile theme? For mobile theme you need to go in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Type => https://i.imgur.com/z0Bcfl9.png to show the modified date and enable this for blocks https://i.imgur.com/SMSxap0.png

From what I can see, you have the Mobile Theme plugin installed and activated, so the mobile search cannot be deleted from Composer.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
