Hi,
Ok thanks, with the update theme, it’s ok. But i have one trouble :
– every mobile menu link don’t works (links uploaded only header and footer page)
If I do not activate the tagdiv mobile theme, how to integrate the sign in/join module into a menu ??
Thank you
REgards,
Laurent
sir, I am using both the plugin tag div amp plugin or tag div mobile theme plugin and same setting as you mention in your tutorial but still so many errors showing in my google search console, please help me
Hi! I have list with 27 elements. On desktop it’s looks fine http://prntscr.com/p1n2dc.
But on mobile it’s awful because list is too long. And user has to scroll too much time to see the main content. http://prntscr.com/p1n2rr
So i want to set the different view type for this list – for desktop and mobile. How can i do it? Create two lists and set display:none for different screens? Or what?
Thank you very much for answer
Hello !
I have reviewed your website and the arrow appears to be here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tzbzTWDvSU
Altough it doesn’t look like this is the arrow originally from tagdiv. please make sure that you don’t have a plugin conflict. Deactivate all the plugins except tagDiv Composer and mobile theme and see if the issue is still there.
Thank you !
Hello !
Please make sure that you are using the 9.8 Newspaper Theme Version. If you are using this version of the theme and the options are not available please make sure that you don’t have a plugin conflict. Deactivate all the plugins except tagDiv Composer and mobile theme and see if the issue is still there.
Thank you !
Is there now a resolution to this. I too need to show a mobile menu on tablet devices. I don’t want my menus overlapping and ruining the design and hard work.
Hope you can help.
Ken
Here is the link which works fine when you are in the mobile size, but anymore with the regular screen size ???
Hi,
Before we update the theme from 9 to 9.8, we used a link for the forgotten password. This link does not work anymore in the regular window size. We you are using the mobile size of the theme the forgoten password link works well.
What is happening ?
Thank you
Hi,
The Back To Top seems to be disabled in the mobile version of the theme. It seems to be enabled in the Mobile Theme though. How to enable it in mobile also?
Thanks!

Hi,
I was activaded the TagDiv Mobile theme.
I would like to custom the mobile homepage but in the theme panel > mobile settings > i don’t have :
– grids & latest articles settings don’t appear
– mobile theme modules settings
Thanks for help,
regards,
Laurent
If I activate both plugin I receive an error : The site is experiencing technical difficulties
Soon as I disable the plugin it work fine.
On the theme I use AMP+Mobile
Hello,
The mining of those option
mobile – will be display only mobile theme without amp
AMP + mobile – will be display the mobile theme and amp
AMP – will be display the responsive version of theme and amp
The Mobile Theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If there is still a problem with your footer, please provide me a link where I can check this problem.
The last question regarding the changes that take some time until appear, is because you or your host are using a cache plugin, make sure that you clear all cache after you make any changes in theme panel, post pages …
Thank you!
Thanks for clearing up the problem with text not displaying, I didn’t realise I had to copy the text into the mobile editor to make it visible on AMP.
I’m having a lot of trouble still with trying to get the footer correct. I’ve tried turning off AMP on the footer page, however it’s still showing up as AMP. Is this because it is hosted on every page (which is set to AMP)?
I’m also still confused with the three options of mobile, AMP + mobile and AMP only. Could you please explain the difference between these further?
One last question, is it typical for a bit of a lag between making changes in the templates and seeing those changes on a website? Some of my pages seem to update instantly, but others might take up to a day for the changes to roll through.
Thanks
Hello,
in mobile theme an error occurs:
Notice : Undefined index: REQUEST_SCHEME in /var/www/vhosts/lekedes.gr/lek/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td_mobile_theme.php on line 183
How can i fix it? I can’t go the site online with this notice at the top of each page or post.
Thank you in advance.
Hello !
You can change the background of the mobile login here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aWYsi1f1Dxa
Thank you !
Still .. WHY ??? im in over my head with frustrations over this
Everything changes when i scroll and i have to do everything in the header over again .. and even on mobile i have to do it again .. again ..and again .
Would have been nice if you made the theme somewhat more intuitive and easy to use.
But at least the footer doesnt change when scrolling down… my compliments on that at least.
And finally , after hours when i think i got it right .. i find out that ALL text is gone.

Hi Vlad,
I understand that but I have done all the changes even for it to be mobile responsive. my issue is even on the desktop it shows my version on the backend and it seems like it’s like a default version as soon as I log out to check to see how others would see it

Hello!

In the picture above, you can see the header configurator. We have the “Main Menu” and “Mobile menu” styled as we wish. But when we choose the sticky ones the style is resets. Could you help us copy the style to sticky menus or is this not possible? It this the way it should work?
Hi,
That was the implementation for classic editor, the button color will be the accent color of the theme, using the Gutenberg editor you can choose the the color -> http://prntscr.com/p11k7j using the classic editor you need to set the background how I said above.
If you are not using the mobile theme, you can set the code in Theme panel> Custom code> Custom css and the code will be apply on all displays/device.
Thank you!
Hello !
If you are talking about why the layout is not the same. The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Unfortunately you cannot have the design you want. If you disable the mobile theme you will have the same layout as on desktop.
Find out more about the Mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The message you get is because you have not set any menus for your mobile menu. You will have to go into Appearance – Menus – Manage Locations and set all the menus required !
Thank you !
As I finished making edits to my site, I logged onto my phone to see how it looked and it’s completeley different to the whole theme I created. I go back into the backend yet is’t still the same as the edits I made. This is very confusing.
When I go up to the hamburger menu on my mobile, it asks me to login to use the WP menu builder…?
Hi,
We recommend to use the mobile theme plugin with amp plugin, in this way the amp will have the mobile theme layout, from mobile theme you can change the only mobile, both or only amp, you can check more here.
This option is an individual option http://prntscr.com/p0rhm5 maybe you do not want to have a post or page in amp version and the options from amp plugin http://prntscr.com/p0ri6h indicate on what will be apply the amp, on pages, posts, etc.
-> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply Calin but it seems that you didn’t see my second message: the theme color applies instead of the one I chose (talking about the main color, not the hover one). What’s the problem? Can you help me fixing it?
Moreover, do I have to paste your CSS code on both Custom Code (desktop) and Mobile in the Theme Panel or just in the desktop field?
Thanks
I’m currently in the process of trying to turn on AMP while still having my pages displayed nicely on mobile. I’m quite confused with it all because from what I’ve found there’s 4 different places to “switch on” AMP.
1. In the Theme Panel –> mobile theme there’s 3 options for mobile, mobile + AMP, and AMP
2. In pages there’s options on the sidebar to enable/disable both AMP and mobile theme
3. In individual posts there’s the same options as the pages
4. When clicking on the AMP plugin on the left hand sidebar there’s also the options to turn on and off the supported templates.
What’s the difference between mobile theme vs AMP theme? I’m assuming AMP is simply a faster version of mobile theme, but I haven’t been able to see any differences visually.
Also I’m confused why point 1. above has an option “mobile + AMP”.
I’m also assuming that to have AMP working correctly I should enable it on all four options above. From the right hand sidebar in pages and posts, do I need to switch on/off the mobile template? Or does that not matter if I have my mobile theme set to “AMP” only vs “AMP + mobile”?
Thanks
Hello !
I don’t see on your website the mobile theme.
