I have a strange problem. When i put the facebook code in the header.php (at the beginining) to make the facebook comment works, the favicon desapears on chrome and internent explorer, it only works on firefox.
The facebook code is :

That’s strange. Guessing this is caused by using the child-theme? Any idea where the root to the problem might be located?
Allright.
For example: For the category “Valg”, I want to hide the category tag on post and change the category tag color on post page:
I click save settings, nothing happens:
(PS: The “Valg” category has several sub categories)
When I exit Theme panel, and re-enter, the changes I just made under “Valg” are gone:
Strange.
However, when changing the color for the cateogory “140 Pluss” (which has no sub-categories), it works:
Changing color, for some reason, does not work on a few other categories (without sub-categories) I tested with.
I am using the child theme, but I haven’t made any changes that should affect this. I haven’t installed any plugins either. I am developing the site locally so I don’t have an URL you can check out.

I got a strange problem. I’ve a number of sidebars. One is for home page as follows
If I assigned homepage sidebar to homepage, but the sidebar on the right, The homepage shows the default sidebar.
Page setting:
Homepage looks: it’s the default sidebar
If I choose “Sidebar Left” without changing anything else:
Homepage shows the assigned “homepage sidebar”
Any ideas?
Okay sounds strange. cause its not happening here.

Since it’s unique to this site where you’re having the issue; have you tried switching back to the default theme (e.g., twenty-twelve, etc). There isn’t anything in the Newspaper theme that would “time delay” your posts being seen on your website. If you publish a new post, the only reason you wouldn’t be able to see an updated index would be caching, either your plugin settings, web browser, etc.
Please helpme. I am going crazy soon. I make about 3-4 posts every day but it seems that the dont reach the web instantly – both mobiles, tablets and desktos. It can take hours…
I have tried disabling plugins, empty cache, inactivate slider and more and so on… and I still have problems. I have other sites with other themes that works perfect.
Got a strange problem which is still present in the latest version.
While the post_views_count_7_day_total is never reset after editing a post post_views_count sometimes is. Seems like its not set to zero, but decreased by x views with x varying.
Strange thing is: Sometimes it happens, sometimes not.
Anybody else facing this issue?

This is strange, i can replicate the bug, we know this situation is like that when you disable the data, comment count, etc like in your case, but in my case works.
Try with this css, add it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS

Hi – another strange thing after update that is happening on my site. The tope menu bar now appears in the default grey for a second before it changes to the blue I have set in the customize them section.
I also have another issue which is a strange one – the way you handle Avatars in Comments seems different to most themes. I’m using a bridge which imports users avatars from our forums. On all other themes, it works as expected (Can see Avatars)
On NewsPaper, it shows the mystery man in the comments, despite under the accounts the Avatars showing as expected. Bit of a strange one!

It’s strange. On a previous install my menu went boom when i deactivated the slider so i assumed it had something to do with the mobile menu.
So I’ll have to ask, What exactly is it doing? Is it used on the demo site at all?
Strange bug – I have updated to V3 on my dev site and forums still show, but Buddypress Sidebar bug is still there.
Out of interest, did you install the Speedboost Add-on? If you did, disable it and test again. It broke my site so I removed it.

Do you use a plugin for that Twitch? You can truck somehow if you are online or not? Sorry but i don’t have experience with this.
Social counter should work, just write your username or id’s. Try tagDiv for facebook.
We have there all possible templates, each one have a diagram how work, is very flexible. The content is built with page builder.
About missing title, is strange, please try to deactivate some plugins and see if work.
I see that the Twitch player is responsive now.

Nevermind. Figured it out.
Very strange though, that you have to remove the plugin from network and then install it through a site – not the network.
Anyways,- everything works and new social sites are added.
