Hello, i’m Leonardo from Italy. I have a problem with social counter, the facebook count doesn’t work. The counter marks “0 Fans”.

Hello lordmazus,

If you have the latest version of our theme (Newspaper 7.0.1), please ensure that you have updated all your plugins to the latest version of the theme -> Social Counter ->4.0, Visual Composer ->4.11.2, clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

Hello Catalln,

I have Newspaper 7.0.1 and Social Counter 4.0, Visual Composer 4.11.2. Cleared all caches, changed browser, changed pc desktop, I tried with smartphone and more devices.

I tried everything. 🙁

Please make sure that you have right set it your Social Counter according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ and then try to clear all your caches and test it again and check the results. Also, if your problem is still there, please send us an email with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page.
