Long running production site with Standard Pack: 10.4 upgrade appears to be excellent. No issues so far.
Staging server without Standard Pack: 10.4 not reliably loading CSS on category pages. Results in colors and layout issues. Rollback resolved issues.
Still exploring, but that’s the experience so far.
