12.3.1 Update Problems

Hello,

My website is having problems since the 12.3.1 Update. We lost Optin-Builder and all of our subscriber information after the update. We lost Post Formatting options and the posts have reverted back to default. Our mobile responsive mode formatting has also been lost and the formatting is broken.

I remember there was an additional step needed (perhaps a plugin?) for previous updates. Please advise.

Can you explain a bit more? How will uploading a backup help? Has the 12.3.1 update been fixed for glitches? I don’t want to have the same problem again. Thank you.

Hello!

Try to restore the backup and do the update again. It could be possible to work it again by re-installing the plugins also.

Thank you. Do you recommend that I deactivate security plugins and/or all plugins before updating to the newest Newspaper version?

I just turned off the site security and updated. That seems to have worked.
