2 category pages aren't displaying the same while using same template

Have no clue why only 1 category template page is displaying and the others aren’t. Any help would be appreciated. I have all the template stuff the exact same for the both. It looks like possible missing CSS maybe? But I have no custom CSS on either.

Even when adding a new category and the category template is selected the menu area still doesn’t display correctly.

Hello,

Please try to do these steps
1. disable all tagDiv plugins
2. uninstall all tagDiv plugins
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install all tagDiv plugins again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
5. activate all tagDiv plugins
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
