hi, Im looking to have 2 different pre built versions of the same theme, within the same installation. Is that possible?

More detail: Theme version 1 -> https://huahin.locality.guide (Local Page)
Theme version 2 -> https://khaoyai.locality.guide/ (Tourists Page) (but located at huahin.locality.guide)

Hello!

For example you can import other template for posts, category pages, headers, footer etc to change the design of a demo(prebuilt website).
A guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezaaE2VP7V8

Thank you!

To clarify further, what I am looking to do is to have 1 page as one prebuilt site (Magazine Pro) and another page as a different prebuilt site (travel).

Is that possible ?

Hello!

Let me know which page exactly do you mean from the 2 demos, so I can understand and help you efficiently.

Thank you!

Sure thing,

The main or current prebuilt site is Magazine PRO, and the second prebuilt site i would like to ADD is Travel Guides.

So to summarise, my question is, can i have 2 PREBUILT sites in the same word press instance, and make the 2 prebuilt site, like kinda a second homepage.

(further detail, Im trying to create a landing page site for locals and a seperate landing page site with different look for tourists.)

Thanks for your help.

Hello!

You can import the homepage of travel pro and travel blog only. Yes, you can have the 2 pages from different demos. Make sure the demo has a cloud template.

Thank you!

Ahhh so what you seem to be telling me is that I cannot use or import Travel Guides because it does not have a Homepage, I see.

May I ask is there any intention to soon provide a home page for it? (its a nice template)..or if there is no intention, then my best bet would be to simply choose another template. Thanks for your advice…

Hello!

Travel Guides is an old demo, that’s why it doesn’t have the homepage there.
We will take in consideration your query for the future.

Thank you!

OK thanks for the clarification, I’ll stick to the 2 homepages you previously mentioned…

Further question, for the 2 different homepages i now have, could I also have 2 different top level menus as well?

(I did try, but it seems to not work)

Hello!

You can have different headers on different pages, so you can place different menus. You should build the menus in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus and choose it from the header the one you need it on the current page.

Thank you!
