We have a requirements for a second inline ad on all posts and wondered if this was possible?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option as you wish, sorry! You can achieve the rotate effects by using a plugin like AdRotate for example. We usually recommend AdRotate because most users seem to have it working properly on their website. Unfortunately, I have no better solution as this type of plugins is not tested.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement these functionalities for you in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
