we have included on our website http://www.checkmylife.it access to the restricted area with Wordfence 2FA system.
Your SHOP-Audio template is installed in this site.
This template does NOT allow our customers access from the https://checkmylife.it/mio-account/ ACCOUNT page because once USER and PASSWORD are entered, it does not require access through 2FA.
Quite different thing with the WordPress https://checkmylife.it/wp-login.php login where once USER and PASSWORD are entered the 2FA code is required.

Our login and register pages are custom.
What I can suggest is to make you own pages for login using a plugin that you are sure that is using the 2FA, then that page that you made for login/register set it in the Opti-in > Subscriptions > Pages and replace the page in this place – https://i.imgur.com/QgopUVf.png
