I don’t know what change was made on the main menu, on 2.3.5 it loaded instantly after 3.0 and 3.1 it only shows up after everything else on the page have loaded. The menu is what you need to load first! The footer can wait but main menu has to be there first.
How can i fix this?

I am not sure why this happens on your site and also I can’t duplicate the issue on my end. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test again.
