I have desactived kk star rating plugin but nothing change.
How to have onlye 1 star rating ?

Seems there are multiple ratings for the same posts, Google structured data displays this as an error – http://prntscr.com/n4jcsy
In the source of the page the ratings you mention are still there, they appear 3 times from what I can see – http://prntscr.com/n4jeu1 – http://prntscr.com/n4jf0g

But if you deactivate that plugin they should not appear anymore. Currently I see it is active however. The solution would be to deactivate it and this issue should be solved.

If I desactived the plugin it’s ok, but if I putt to off :

They are still there from what I can see, deactivating the plugin should remove rating. I can’t say why they are appear so many times and also the rich snippets, quite unusual.
What if you leave the option enabled only for posts? Do they appear once then?
Also maybe try (if the plugin ratings can be displayed by shortcode) to enter the shortcode of the ratings in the cloud template itself, in a column text element.
Or maybe try using a different ratings plugin, maybe you can find one that works properly.

The plugin have a problem with saving, I desactive it on pages.
I try to putt this shortcode on a pages manually : [kkratings]
But if I do ‘Edit template’, I add a HTML Row, it’s show in frontend : [kkratings] (not the stars).
Maybe do you know an other plugin who work with your template for stars rich snippets ?
Please enter the shortcode in a column text element, not in the raw HTML. The column text will work with shortcodes.
