30/100 google speed

Hi! After i was done with theme customization and plugin search and setting up, I’v encountered one major problem, page speed with google speed test is 30/100 on desktop and ~20/100 for mobile version.

Can anyone help me get this speed up?

I’v instaled w3 cache and tagDiv speed plugin, they are live at the moment. Thanks in advance!
