3rd Party Shortcode Not Working

Hi

I have a test page set up where I am trying to use the Dynamics Twig Form plugin from AlexaCRM within Composer. I have tried using the Column Text and Text with Title elements but the shortcode doesn’t work. In them. Is this something you can help with ?

Hi,

You can try to set it i a html, but is still possible to not work.
Unfortunately, the Dynamics Twig Form plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins. We do not say that it can not work with our theme, but we do not know the right settings to make it work properly with our theme.

For form, we recommend to use Contact form 7 or bbPress.
