Request forbidden by administrative rules.

and my URL gets changed to

http://dorisvisits.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dorisvisits.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

anyone got any ideas please…..
