I use Newspaper Theme, and I have selected one of the module type on 404 template..
but the link to my 404 page is not working.

there is no “Ooops… Error 404, Sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist.” message, just like this: http://imgur.com/a/T5xeC

Hi,

That is a weird issue. Try re-saving the permalink structure in the WordPress settings

Then clear any caching installed, and check again.

Hi,

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. What you can try is to deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed, then check to see if this has any effect.
