404 page not found error in Google search console

I’m using Newspaper theme, and getting 404 page not found error in google search console. As I found that its due to added my social handle at end of the post, like this: /this-is-my-post/SocialHandleMine
I don’t know why social handle added beside post and its giving 404 error?

Theme doesn’t control your permalinks. Likely check the plugin you’re using to add that to the slug for story. Also, try resubmitting your sitemap if you changed your link structure.
