I have internal server error on my site. How can i fix it ?
http error code 500 : internal server error
and also my speed is so low. Are there any solutioun ?

take a look into your error log file in your root directory

Internal Server error can occur from different causes.
Maybe your WP have reached its limit, and sometimes it is a plugin that causes this, for instance woocommerce.
Another cause is the PHP has reached its limit.
So I suggest you do as Ing Geek said, if you have access to your root server log, you can see the cause there.
Or you increase the memory limit set for PHP, you can do this in your php.ini file.
