How can I update my Newspaper theme to the latest version. In themeforest I can see the update available, but how can I update it using wordpress theme update option. I dont want to loose my theme settings and menu options. Please help.

See the theme docs on how to update.
You can’t automatically update from WordPress theme panel as it’s not hosting on WordPress.org.
