7 Day Sorting – One Page stays on top (No matter what)

I use 7 day sorting for a section on the home page.

I have one page that always stays in the #1 spot. i have manually changed the custom field amount post_views_count_7_day_total. But it will automatically refill back to where it was (850).

I even tried deleting the custom field post_views_count_7_day_total. But a few hours later the post_views_count_7_day_total will reappear with 850 total and it’s back in the #1 spot.

I don’t have any cache plugins.

Any ideas?

hi,

post_views_count_7_day_total is used for posts, not for sections

if you are using post_views_count_7_day_total for post can you check if that post is sticky : http://screencast.com/t/vUDauxYddY

Thanks for you message.

Hi Radu!

It is for posts. The post is not sticky.

For some reason, this post doesn’t reset to a lower amount
Even if I manually reset it to a lower amount, it will reset to this higher original amount.
