728×90 Adsense not fitting in body content

I have added a 780×90 Adsense ad to Custom_ad_1 and added it into my article body like this:-

[vc_row][vc_column][td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_4" spot_title="Advertisement" tdc_css=""][/vc_column][/vc_row]

The problem is that the right side of the banner is being cut off because the body width seems to be less than 728 pixels.

What can I do to fix this?

Also that inline ad code doesn’t seem to work for either the mobile theme or the responsive one, it just shows the [vc_row][vc_column][td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_4″ spot_title=”Advertisement” tdc_css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row] in plain text.

Any idea?

Use responsive ad code from AdSense to “fit” the spaces where it will live, automatically.

Thanks Chris, but I need it to be an exact size (728×90) and if I made it responsive it would choose a smaller banner size.

Yes, well you can’t fit a 10-foot log in an 8-foot space.

So, only option would be to use smaller banner, or “re-engineer” the article space and page layout to fit that size; ton of work, and TagDiv can’t help with that.

Just food for thought. I don’t work here 🙂

Isn’t there something I can change in the css code, or add some custom css that would make the body wider?

Hello NB221,

If you want to make your body be wider, you should increase the theme width and notice that our theme has not been designed to have a dynamic width, sorry! We do not recommend to increase it because you can break the theme layout. So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for the message!
