Hi – website is https://billyscrashhelmets.com. Have just updated to Newspaper V9.5 and the homepage is created using WPbakery 5.6 (so both latest versions?). All pages built with WPbakery seem to be working ok – except the homepage where featured images are all blank. Page cache has been cleared. When I deactivated all plugins, featured images show – but activate WP bakery and they don’t. Is this a known incompatibility with WPBakery and is there a way around it?

OK further info – deactivating lazy load gets the images back. Cleared all caches – again – reactivated lazy load and the pictures disappear.
Same as the folks on this thread I guess. Any updates/fixes? They posted last December…

Right, i deactivated all plugins again then activated just the TagDiv composer/counter plugins. The images show – hurray! It’s weird though – i deactivated them all yesterday the problem still happened. Anyhow, I’ll reactivate one by one and let you know which one causes the problem.
Yeah, it’s WPBakery Page Builder V5.6 that’s causing the problem. Can you confirm this is the visual composer plugin I should be using please. I think I used the one that’s distributed with the latest version of Newspaper.

The WPBakery Page Builder V5.6 is for newspaper v9.5 but Do not use both page builders on the same page!
Also will be better to use only one composer in your website, we recommend the tagDiv Composer because it is special builder made for this theme.
