I have been going back and forth via email with support, but the info they are sending is not remotely helpful as I’ve already done each of their suggestions.
In my staging area, the upgrade breaks my site. Strips out my logo and all of my content. When I go through the steps to update the plugins, for TagDiv Composer I’m getting both “unauthorized” and “does not have a valid header.” For the others, I’m getting a header error.
I’m really struggling with this update and from the threads here, it looks like I’m not alone. Please advise. Thanks.

Please re-update the theme now, download it from Theme Forest via FTP way. The latest version of the theme is NP 9.7.2.

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems. If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible.
