A mandatory AMP HTML tag is missing from this document

Ensure that you have correctly installed and set up the AMP according to our documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, you need to check your additional customizations and your Analitycs section from the Theme panel and if you have some strange codes, you need to remove them and check the results. We had cases of gen in the past because of custom codes in the Analytics section.

I have checked your AMP errors and it seems to be caused by your additional customizations. I saw that you are using another Analitycs tool like Yandex Metrica which causes some errors, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QscFSaUve Try to disable it together with all of your untested plugins used by you, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I would suggest as a first test to deactivate all plugins except theme provided plugins. Then test again with the validator. Chances are the issue will be solved.
