I have a video background in one of my rows.
it seems to work well enough on desktop.
but as I am finding out, it will not work on mobile.
for whatever reason, I cannot not auto-play on mobile, and even I cant play it at all on mobile (Android Chrome), as the youtube playbutton is just unresponsive. The video imaghe show with a big red button, but it cant be clicked/taped to start playing.
so…I want to be able to leave it on desktop.
and I want to convert the video to GIF and display for mobile.
I have converted the video to GIF and it works fine when added and viewed on a mobile device.
not the qaulity I wanted, but it will do.
So how can I keep the video for desktop and hide it on mobile and keep the gif images on mobile and hide it on desktop?

The GIF “video” solution seems to work as a workaroud.
and now I have figured out how to have one for desktop and one for mobile.
and both of them auto play.
