How can I create a post with a Podcast episode, without using soundcloud, and that presents the interface sound file that the user can play like the example below?
(like you can see in the homepage of Pulses_Pro pre built theme)

Unfortunately this can be done only using the SoundCloud or a mp3 sound that is uploaded on media library. For that you need to set the featured image as audio.
The Pulses_Pro use featured audio for posts and the sources are from the soundcloud.

But in Home Page the article dont shows the player

If the mp3 is set in media, then the featured image should be also set from media -> https://i.imgur.com/8Y6nKkF.png the results will be -> https://i.imgur.com/5enSMmd.jpg
Inside the post only the mp3 will be used, but on thumbs will be use both.
