When I place a block with 6 news and define the order of the latest news, the second page of the block is shown first. It is only possible to view the first page with the most recent news after clicking on the pagination option. Through TagDiv, I’ve tried deleting and creating a new block with the same definition but the error remains.
Every help is welcome.

Maybe it takes some more time, or it could be a cache problem. Please make sure you disable all the cache and delete the cache from your browser as well.

Please make sure you have no other caching tools in your server.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
